French Impressionist Artist, Edgar Degas, once said, “Art is not what you see, but what you make others see.” Art is a medium for conveying thoughtful messages to many, as each art piece carries a story. But how that Story is shared and perceived is as crucial as how it is told.

Meet Manmeet K Walia, an artist and art curator, who weaves beautiful, thought-provoking stories through captivating creations. As an Artist, her art showcases a blend of a thoughtful mind and an empathetic heart that resonates deeply with audiences, evoking appreciation for its beauty and meaningful essence. And as an Indian curator specializing in young South Asian Art, she raises social issues by creating experiential discourse.

Manmeet’s Artistic Evolution

Manmeet Walia graduated in English Literature from Delhi University in 2007. Following this, she contributed for over 5 years in the media field, writing for reputed newspapers and magazines, including The Economic Times, Harper's Bazaar Magazine and Hindustan Times.
