This led her to get back on her feet (literally and metaphorically!) that even surprised her doctors. It was not just a fitness routine but a Pilates training programme that helped her.
Slowly, Kitty Kalra started learning new fitness workouts and decided to share her learnings with other people, especially those with health limitations. She started her journey as a fitness expert in 2013, and is not just a trainer, but also a health and life coach.
Kitty is a STOTT certified Pilates instructor, and is also trained in Zumba, Doonya and REHABFx. What sets her apart is her multidimensional approach to fitness.
